Painting with Light
In these pictures, I used a shutter speed of 10". To create these we used different color flashlights. To achieve the images shown, we pressed the button to take the picture, and since it had a slow shutter speed, we were able to move the light within the time frame, creating these pictures.
Motion in Class
To freeze the action, we used a fast shutter speed of 1/250". The ISO was 400 and the WB was sunny. The action I froze was a ball bouncing. I was about two feet away from the ball and it was taken from a straight forward point of view. In this photo there is a bouncing ball and in the background it the school. To blur this action, we chose a shutter speed of 2". The ISO was 200 and the WB was sunny. In the image, it is the bouncy ball that is being blurred. I was about two feet away and took the photo straight on, just like in the last one.
